Improved constrained min-max optimization for MPC tracking control in industrial networked process systems

Based on a modified min-max optimization strategy, an improved design of model predictive tracking control (MPC) is proposed to guarantee the performance industrial process systems when networked system suffers from communication faults. Packet losses and uncertainties exist in system, which may deteriorate even cause safety accident. To handle with this problem, extended state space utilized MPC for enhancing firstly. Then approach adopted obtaining optimal solution corresponding method, where two separate steps are enhance operation. Different strategies that employ traditional models, variables can be tuned additionally because error information united model. As consequence, extra degree freedom acquired relevant scheme, then better expected. Simulations temperature regulation under model/plant mismatches packet simulated evaluate validity method finally.
